We craft each piece of furniture with love, as if it were for us or for one of our loved ones. We believe that excellent pre-sale and post-sale services are essential. No part will leave the workshop if it is not perfect!

QUESTIONS / ANSWERS

First, we invite you to do some research on the web to try to get your ideas straight and send us photos, if possible. We then meet to discuss your plan and your inspirations and make a first sketch of the project. We will adjust the sketch according to your needs and preferences and present you with a project estimate. Once approved, a 30% non-refundable deposit will be required. The rest of the payment will be requested upon delivery of the project.

NO! No matter what your project, we can make it happen! Tables, television cabinets, sideboards, kitchen islands, bathroom furniture, beds, shelves… the possibilities are endless!

We work with North American wood, felled according to standards. We will help you choose the species of wood that best suits your tastes and needs according to your project.

Hardwoods: maple, cherry, cherry, black walnut, oak, ash, plain ambrosia ...

Soft woods: pine, poplar, soft walnut ...

We mainly use powder coating paint. We offer a very large selection of colors.

P.S. We do not provide any pick-up, you are responsible for sending us the furniture in question yourself.

It is important to understand that wood is a living material. All woods react in different and unpredictable ways to water, temperature variations and different levels of humidity in the surrounding air.

Hygroscopicity is the ability of a material to absorb humidity from the surrounding air or to release a certain amount of water depending on the relative humidity of the air. In wood, this results in an expansion or retraction of dimensions. It is to limit the phenomenon that the wood is dried before working it.

It is therefore normal to find that the wood will expand or contract over the heating and non-heating seasons. This is the reality of the four seasons in Quebec.

These movements do not constitute a defect in the product and are not covered by this warranty.

Since the movement of wood is most often associated with fluctuations in humidity, it is important and highly recommended to maintain a relative humidity between 30% and 50% in the house. Also avoid sudden changes in temperature.
